Access Notes
The take-off is 3km far from the city and virtually any citizen can help you with instructions about how to get there if you ask for the road that leads from Bairro São José to the village of Paraíso da Serra. After leaving the car on the small parking lot, a hiking of about 20 minutes and approximately 2km is needed to reach the launch site, but the trail is very easy. The city of Bom Retiro is located 120km from Florianópolis (the capital of Santa Catarina state) and 90km from Lages, in both cases driving through the BR282.
