About This Spot

The take-off area is facing north of the hill at an altitude of 500 m. North-northeast wind is OK for takeoff. Takeoff area is well-paved but a little short. Not too much length to run so takeoffs are harder during nil/slow wind. Expect lots of curious public audience especially during weekends.

Nice city and sea view during flight.

Known Hazards

The takeoff area is run by a private company selling tandem flights. There is no fee for pilots using the area for single flights, but pilots flying on their own are required to have at least club-pilot certificate (P3). You may be asked for your licence by the company staff. The take off area is rather small, so give priority to the tandem pilots.

No hazard reports. This spot appears to be clear!
