Park at Canlan Ice Sports Arena. Park in Sports Arena, find mowed path toward water, find paved bike path, turn right and walk a couple of hundred meters to mowed area next to water / cliff, or turn left and walk a couple of hundred meters to different mowed area. Try both mowed areas for best wind.
