About This Spot

Several opportunities for new launches. The ones that have been flow include a short hike up a small hill beside a pullout on the right hand side of the road. The pullout is just before a long stretch where the road sidecuts into a valley ridge. From that launch, you can fly the entire valley, evening glass-off works really well for this site.

Other launches are a short hike from the highway.

All launches are from a relatively high ASL already, so its not a great thermal location.

Beautiful. There are a few places to fly along this stretch of Highway. Look for them and you will find them. GPS Coordinates are not correct, only an approximation (need help from local pilots).
