About This Spot

It's basiclly the gap between the road and fence line at North end of the straight away section of the highway 1. Check google earth pic.... ((You're launching off a road embankment so traffic is quite an issue if you drop your wing or get pulled over the highway))...

Winds are usually cross from the north but on some lighter days it peels around the point straight in. It's often sunny a lot while it's overcast else where and a wave cloud will kick off some times which can be quite fun, or annoying....Watch for ranchers and authority figures, dont take off or land if they're around and I probably wouldn't fly here if you have a warrant or have issues with getting written up for some dumb reason....... Don't land on the ranchers property(every where), he will convict.

Takeoff altitude: 46m
