Montefalcone nel Sannio - North

Takeoff is very steep, allowing easy and clean takeoff, both single and tandem. It's made of grass. The main exposition is north-northeast, however when the dominant tends to blow from east, a walk of 30 meters take to another takeoff directly to east.
Instead, when in southern range, there's the south takeoff directly behind. For the western takeoff pilots should transfer back to montefalcone and climb to the Montefalcone nel Sannio - South takeoff.

It's the main takeoff of the Aeroclub 'I Picchi'. It's used for both leisure flight and school flights. Locals used to takeoff from here and then thermal over Montefalcone.
