About This Spot

This is the best drive up takeoff in Lake County. Hangliders can launch from here as well after the snow berm melts on the pass. Wind is consistently North West or West. Strong ground Handling skills recommended as well as confidence in High Altitude Launches because the air is thin. Great Speed/Mini Wing site especially for ski launching.
