NW launch site is located on the adjoining hill called Nandi-2.It is a vast grassy,gentle slope.This site is toplandable.

Nandi hills is located 70 kms due North of Bangalore.The best way to reach Nandihills is by a car/taxi. Govt. buses also connect Nandihills from Bangalore bus station. One could also reach Nandi hills by train-Bangalore-Chikkaballapur mail. Get off at Nandi railway station & take an autorickshaw (Tuk-tuk) to Nandihills.
