Pilots must be prepared to do downwind, uphill landings in event of getting low, as no bottom landing area. Best area is near the dam.
Do not fly behind road on top landing approach.
Pilots must have permit to fly, which must be renewed annually.
Apply to ranger’s office and present your membership and rating cards.
