Wayra, Ansermanuevo

Nice and easy take off located in a grassy land surrounded with a fence where there is a house. Best way to get there is with the local pilots. Alternatively, take a jeep in the main park. The jeep will leave you a 5 minutes (steep) walk from the take off. Be aware that the jeeps are usually crammed so don't expect a very comfortable ride.

Ansermanuevo is a little peaceful village. Hotel Plaza (single room: 18.000 pesos as of 2012)is less than 100m from the square. Alternatively, two of the local pilots offer accommodation in private homes at similar rates:

Edward (314 851 09 18). 15.000 COP/night
Local pilots don't fly daily, only on weekends and on special days when they have passengers for tandem flights.
